Yep, it’s County Quiz at County Cork Public House. Every Monday night at 7pm; sign-ups start somewhere between 6:30 and 6:45.
Also: fun with formats! Round 2 is a crazy mashup of Quick Fire questions (including Audio Quick Fire!), Line Up (I give you things, you put them in order), and Blurt! (one question with lots of potential answers).
Also also: while this is not a kid-ORIENTED quiz, it is a kid-FRIENDLY quiz. Topics are PG-rated, I keep the innuendo to a minimum (I know, right?), and well-behaved kids of all ages are welcome to hang out (or to play along).
See you there! 1329 NE Fremont Street in Portland.
Tomorrow night’s Quizissippi theme: all kinds of beginnings to all kinds of things. Plus, for the first time ever, a separate theme for the Multimedia Round: THIS QUIZ WAS MADE FOR WALKEN.
And why not?
Come see if your favorite Walkopath made it into this roundup of scary, funny, and just plain disturbing clips. Signups start at 6:30; showtime’s at 7.
…with the Christmas Song Quiz!
This Thursday, 7pm, Mississippi Pizza, 3552 N Mississippi Ave, Portland.
I’m putting together a monster playlist of the best (and worst) Christmas (and other holiday) tunes ever to grace the airwaves. And maybe even a few that haven’t gotten their share of radio play.
See you (and your team of up to 6 players) there!
